On November 23, a communication workshop for the Infomobile supervisors took place at the HKC office. The goal was to develop a consulting strategy with the help of the question "What do we want to communicate, with whom and how?"

In an open round, the 15 participants discussed the current status of Infomobile consultations, their wishes for the future and possibilities for further developing Infomobile consultations with the help of a SWOT analysis. For the communication goals that were developed, measures for implementation were then worked out, which were as diverse as the participants and ranged from further mobile counseling services to regular training sessions on specific Infomobile topics to expansions of the Infomobile equipment. Consideration is now being given to which of the measures can be usefully implemented in the short, medium and long term.

The communication training was a great success, both as an opportunity for the Infomobil advisors to exchange experiences and for the further development of the Infomobils! We plan to hold more workshops of this kind in the future!
