On 7 and 8 March, the HKC e.V. visited the HPA in Hamburg to work on the further development of the FLOODLABEL for the Port of Hamburg.

Thanks to the cooperation between the HPA, University 21 from Buxtehude and HKC e.V., the new concept of the FLOODLABEL for the integration of storm surge and natural hazard insurance could be further developed. There were exciting insights into the polder areas in the Port of Hamburg and an enriching and forward-looking exchange for further cooperation.
